Continental Manor is equipped to care for residents with different degrees of dementia including Alzheimer’s disease. We provide locator alarms for wandering risk residents and offer many programs to engage with them daily. We are a certified Music and Memory Community and the benefits of therapeutic music are well documented. As we all know from hearing that song associated with a first love, music is profoundly linked to personal memories.
We endeaver to help families in need of long-term solutions. The progression of dementia can be quick or for many becomes a long journey. Most insurances do not cover care for this illness, however we can help in applying for financial assistance and can speak with you regarding those details.
We are a small community which allows us the ability to maintain consistent schedules.
The nursing staff are familiar with each resident's daily routine and can cater to their needs.
